Deer Valley offers so many activities for residents. There are always numerous residents taking advantage of the walking trail. The Olympic-size swimming pool (heated) is a wonderful place to gather with friends and an area to make new friends. The 2 fitness centers and club houses are abundant with activities – Book Club, Veterans Club, Mah Jonng, Dominoes, Canasta, pool table and an opportunity for residents to bring new ideas for others to learn.
The Office Staff goes above and beyond what is expected. They are professional, courteous and show a sincere interest when dealing with each resident. Maintenance responsibilities are handled expertly; no matter the size of a maintenance issue, the crew is “Johnnie on the Spot.”
Management offers residents numerous social events: Cinco de Mayo, a Margarita Cocktail gathering; a summer party by the pool, wine tasting in the Club House; and a festive Holiday Party. The Santini Family not only own Deer Valley, they manage the day-to-day operations. This is a huge bonus for the residents. Eric Santini is continuously visible throughout the day. On snowy days, you’ll find Eric behind the wheel plowing (3:00am) the numerous roads and driveways.
