We have lived in Deer Valley 4 years plus. This has been the best decision because we never have to worry about anything. Everything about our unit makes us thankful for the opportunity to call Deer Valley our home. The owner and staff are always there for us with any issues or concerns!! Maintenance if you ever need are very prompt and respectful of our home. And we totally love the community events throughout the year. Our neighbors have also become dear friends, another added plus. Only wish we found Deer Valley sooner.
